We collect only the information you choose to provide so we can assess your request.

  • Name and email address.
  • Company, phone, budget and required date when provided voluntarily.
  • Service, language direction and project description.
  • One optional attachment.

3. Purpose and basis

We use the data to assess scope, respond to the request, prepare a quote and maintain related communication. Processing is based on the consent you provide when submitting the form.

We do not use files for advertising, model training or purposes incompatible with the request.

4. Form provider

The form uses Formspree as its technical reception and storage provider. Information may be processed on infrastructure outside Chile under the provider's terms and safeguards.

We do not sell or disclose your data to third parties. It is shared only when required to operate the form or comply with a legal obligation.

5. Files and confidentiality

Files are used only to assess or perform the requested service. Avoid including sensitive personal data that is unnecessary for the quote.

We apply restricted access and reasonable safeguards, but no transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

If the project is accepted, information required to deliver the service will be retained according to the client agreement and applicable legal obligations.

7. Your rights

You may request information, access, correction, deletion or objection regarding your data. Submit the request through the form and identify it as a privacy inquiry.

We will respond under applicable Chilean law, including the transition to Law No. 21,719 on personal data protection and processing, which is scheduled to enter into force on December 1, 2026.

We may update this policy when the form, providers or legal obligations change. The date shown on this page identifies the current version.
